Today, as the managing director of Flatlift TV Lift Systeme GmbH, I would like to give you an insight into our company and tell you about our successes in recent years. In the last few years we have realized projects all over the world, which a normal person cannot even imagine. Unimaginable sums have been invested by customers to equip giga-yachts, private jumbo jets, castles, island residences and outlandishly unimaginable villas around the globe, in all hotspots of the world with unimaginable interior fittings. As a company, our hearts bleed that we can’t share these pictures of the projects with our customers and prospects. Many of these customers and their projects are protected with a non-disclosure agreement so that no one who had access in this project is allowed to communicate this to the outside world. Nevertheless, as the managing director, born in Worms, I am very proud of this huge number of realized projects.
Flatlift TV Lift Systeme GmbH is an internationally active company based in Germany. For more than 18 years we have been offering innovative and high quality solutions for the integration of TVs into furniture. With a wide product portfolio ranging from mechanical to electrical TV lift systems, we are able to meet individual customer requirements. We have made a name for ourselves as a leading supplier of TV lift systems and mechanisms and are continuously setting new standards in the industry.
One reason for our success is our ability to develop customized solutions to meet the specific needs of our customers. We offer a wide range of TV lift mechanisms and systems that can be integrated into various pieces of furniture, such as wardrobes, beds, floors or even walls and ceilings. By using high quality materials and sophisticated design, we ensure that our products are reliable and durable.
Another reason for our success is our focus on smart home solutions. We have developed our own app that customers can use to control their TV lift systems. In addition, we offer integration with Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant for even easier control. We are proud to have received several project-related awards and certifications in recent years and are always on the cutting edge of technology.
We are also committed to sustainability and environmental awareness. For example, in 2022, we invested in a cardboard shredding facility that will allow us to save 2 cardboard container empties each month. Over the year, this means a total of 24 container empties with a total weight of no less than 36 tons. Here we return the shredded cardboard back into the cycle of the Flatlift packaging department and use it as shipping carton filler. Another side effect is that we ourselves have been able to reduce the purchase of filling material by 80%. In view of the global shortage of raw materials, this is very ecological on the one hand and also economically advantageous on the procurement side on the other.
But despite the successes and the impressive projects, Flatlift still has a lot of plans. As an innovative company, Flatlift continuously focuses on research and development in order to be able to offer innovative and technologically advanced products in the future as well. A particular focus is on smart solutions and integration into smart home systems.
Another important aspect for Flatlift is sustainability. The company is increasingly focusing on the use of environmentally friendly materials and is working on the development of new energy-efficient products. In this way, Flatlift is helping to minimize the environmental impact of its products and processes and contributing to environmental protection.
In addition to sustainability, digitalization also plays an important role at Flatlift. The company continuously invests in the further development of its digital offerings in order to provide its customers with even better and faster support. For example, it now has its own Flatlift app, which customers can use to conveniently obtain information about products and services via their mobile devices and also order them directly in the future.
