Hier zeigen wir Euch zwei Videos des fertigen Projektes in HongKong. Für den Kunden HongKong Land haben wir 2 Flatlift Speakerlift Systeme gebaut die jeweils einen Meyersound CAL90 Lautsprecher aus der 18m hohen Decke des Atriums der Landmark Shopping Mall in HongKong 90° ausklappen und anschliessend 7.5m nach unten ausfahren um dann noch einmal den CAL90 Speaker um 30° in den Raum zu neigen. Beide Systeme sind nach DGUV-V17 (ehemls BGV-C1) geprüft und abgenommen. Eines der Hauptaugenmerke war, dass Flatlift ein internes Kabelmanagementsystem entwickelt hat, das alle Strom-, Ton-, Netzwerk- und Lift-Steuerungsleitungen in einem speziell konfektionierten Kabel zusammenführt. Eine federgetriebene Kabeltrommel im oberen Rahmen ist für das ab- und aufwickeln des Kabels in die Aluminium-Laufrohre verantwortlich. Grund hierfür war das der Endkunde keinerlei Kabelschleppketten im Aussenbereich des Flatlift Systems haben wollte. Es sollte ein industrielles, cleanes (sauberes) design sein. Diese Vorgabe haben wir wie gewünscht zur vollsten Zufriedenheit des Auftraggebers umgesetzt.

With this project for tender HongKong Land, Landmark Shopping Mall in located at HK Island we have designed and manufactured 2 custom Flatlift speakerlift systems that fold out 90° of the 18m high atrium of the Landmark shopping mall. After folding out 90° of the atrium the lift moves the Meyersound CAL90 speaker 7.5m downwards. By reaching the lower endposition the Flatlift speakerlift tilts 30° forward to bring content to the audience. Both Lift Systems are rated in Germany with DGUV-V17 (formerly known BGV-C1) and are officially proofed and allowed to be installed in public areas. One of the outstanding and innovative design aspects were that Flatlift has developed a internal cable management system that guides all the power-, sound-, network- and lift control cables together in 1 special made cable. A special made spring driven cable reel in the upper frame is resonsible for on- and off rolling the cabel into the moving tubes. The reason for this design was that the tender HK Land did not wanted to see any cable tow chains outside of the Flatlift system. It should be an industrial clean and smooth design. We have implemented this requirement to the fullest satisfaction of the customer.

Nous vous montrons ici deux vidéos du projet fini à Hong Kong. Pour le client, le pays HongKong, nous avons deux systèmes de levage haut-parleurs Flatlift construits chacun ayant un Meyersound les haut-parleurs CAL90 du plafond de 18 mètres de haut de l’atrium du Haut-lieu touristique centre commercial à Hong Kong démontrons 90 ° puis 7.5m étendre vers le bas, puis à nouveau le CAL90 30 à basculer dans les ° spatiales. Les deux systèmes sont DGUV-V17 (autrefois BGV-C1) testé et approuvé. La raison pour cela était que le client final ne voulait pas voir des chaînes de câbles de câbles en dehors du système Flatlift. Il devrait être un design industriel propre et lisse. Nous avons mis en œuvre cette exigence à la plus grande satisfaction du client.
